Dear Parents and Carers

We realise that this can be a daunting time for you and your family as you embark on your journey to choose a school for your child. With this in mind, we would like to invite you on a tour of Orchard Manor, and we are available at any time to help with any queries.

Your tour guide, often the Headteacher, will be happy to answer any questions on the day and give you an overview of our lovely school and the fantastic facilities we have.

As we have extremely limited numbers for the tour, please do not bring your children and ensure that you book a place for each visitor.

Once you have received confirmation that your child has a place at Orchard Manor School there will be opportunities for further visits.

On the afternoon of your visit we ask that you arrive after 3:45 so as not to disrupt the students going home. We have very limited parking on site, and you may find it easier to park on the road outside the school.

Please come to our main reception where you will be asked to sign in. It is a large site, and we would suggest comfortable footwear. The tour leaves promptly at 4pm and will take approximately 1 hour. Please note that late arrivals may not be accommodated.
