We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and committed person to join our care team. The successful candidate will need to be tolerant, understanding, show care and concern whilst being firm and consistent. They must not be over sensitive and a good sense of humour is essential.

Salary: £27,041 per annum pro rata
16-18 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only)
The successful candidate will work within a dedicated team of staff in one of our residential houses. Ideally you will need experience with working with people and managing difficult pupils. Duties include caring for small groups of pupils, keyworker responsibilities for allocated pupils, recording information, writing reports, leading activities and supporting pupils to behave in an appropriate manner and being their advocate where appropriate. The post is 18 hours per week worked over 39 weeks.
This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken and written aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
