We are looking to appoint a new Enterprise Officer to our busy and exciting administrative team at Orchard Manor School. This is a unique role which encompasses a range of tasks and responsibilities, primarily focussed on project management, enterprise and income opportunities, overseeing the development and growth of projects across the school. This will include leading on the lettings of school buildings and facilities and applying for grants to be able to fund projects which will have a positive impact on our students. The role will also include supporting the financial administration within school and seeking price comparisons to ensure value for money.

The ideal candidate will have a project management and/or financial background, with a passion for leading on tasks and completing them on time. We are looking for someone with good interpersonal skills, a team player, and someone with a keen eye for detail. As this role will involve managing several projects and tasks at the same time, the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks where required will be key. You must also have a willingness to be a positive ambassador for the school by creating new links with the local and wider community.
This post is 37 hours per week for 41 weeks per annum.
25,500 per annum pro rata (actual salary £23,264 per annum)
