Some of you may know that way back in 1999, while working at Inverteign Primary School in Teignmouth, Flo won ‘ Best New Teacher in a Primary School ‘ at the National Teaching Awards.

As part of the Award’s 25th anniversary, Flo was invited to a reception at 10 Downing Street last month to honour past winners and this week invited back to London by the BBC to talk about her experiences in schools over the past 25 years.

The interview will be broadcast this Monday evening to launch the One Show’s week-long celebration of the teaching profession (we shall all be setting the recording button for then!)
