Part-Time Catering Assistant

We have a part-time vacancy for a catering assistant to work in the school kitchens, hours to be agreed with candidates at interview. The successful candidate will be required to work in either of the two school kitchens and to provide a professional and friendly service to students and staff at the school. You will be required to work alongside other members of the kitchen team.

Post 21.102

(Grade 1) 18 hrs / week, 38 weeks per year.

The role includes :-

  • Serving meals to pupils and staff
  • Assisting with the preparation of food as required
  • Complying with health and safety regulations
  • Washing up and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy

Salary: SPT Group 1: £18,197 for full time post, actual pro rata to hours worked £7,485
